JOLLYTRIP INDIA provides school-trip planning and travel coordination services. Information displayed on this website is intended for general enquiry and planning purposes and may be updated from time to time.

2. Trip arrangements

Final itineraries, pricing, inclusions, transport, accommodation, activities and schedules are confirmed separately with the school or authorised representative. Availability and pricing may change until arrangements are confirmed.

3. School responsibility

The school and its authorised representatives remain responsible for obtaining required permissions, student information, parent/guardian consent and any documents required for travel. Teachers or authorised school representatives are responsible for student supervision unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payments, changes and cancellation

Payment schedules, cancellation terms, refund eligibility and changes to a confirmed trip will be governed by the quotation, booking confirmation or service agreement issued for that particular trip.

5. Communications consent

By accepting these Terms and Conditions and submitting your details, you expressly consent to our collection and use of your personal data, specifically your phone number, for contacting you through phone calls, IVR and RCS messaging.

These calls and messages may be made to remind you of relevant updates, activities or information regarding your account, and to inform you about new offers, promotions or updates related to our platform and services. You acknowledge and agree that we may use your phone number to provide these communications and understand that this is a necessary part of your engagement with our platform.

You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by contacting our support team or following the opt-out instructions provided in any communication. Opting out of promotional calls will not affect non-promotional or service-related communications that are essential to your use of the platform.
